Welcome to Happy Yoga sessions at Kili Seasons hotel.
Every Saturday from 8:30-10:00 am
At the beautiful, quiet and shaded bar area, with views over the lush garden and swimming pool of Kili Seasons Hotel.
Mats and props are available at the hotel.
The yoga sessions will consist of mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, gentle physical postures and flows and a wonderful final relaxation on the beautiful premises of the hotel. Starting your day with a Happy Yoga session will make your body feel energized and your mind relaxed, and ready for the day!
By joining the yoga sessions, you will contribute to the aim of happy yoga Tanzania: spreading the knowledge of yoga by offering outreach (free) kids and teenager yoga sessions at local communities, schools and sports clubs, organizing yoga teacher training courses for young Tanzanian adults, to become qualified kids and adult yoga teachers, providing young adults with a source of income.
  
On arrival you can register at the reception and receive more information. We also welcome outside guests for the yoga sessions. USD 50,- per person.

Restaurant
Our restaurant has an indoor dining room, open kitchen and terrace with umbrellas. The menu will is largely based on Mediterranean cuisine.
Massage
If you would like to book a massage, you can indicate this at the reception after arrival.
Bar/Lounge
The building with bar, lounge and pool table has an indoor bar overlooking the pool.
Swimming Pool
The large swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas will give you the opportunity to relax and recover in the warm sun.
